Very Good

At first, we received an upgrade and were given a very large and spacious room as a honeymoon treat. The problem was that the room faced the street, and the windows were not soundproof at all—on the first night, we couldn’t sleep. It’s important to request an interior room that doesn’t face the street. When we spoke to the staff and asked to change rooms, they were very kind and promised to try to arrange it. We left our suitcases in the room, and when we returned from a full day of touring, they told us our luggage was already waiting in the new room, which was indeed interior, quiet, and allowed us to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was perfect and varied, and the attitude of the entire hotel staff was kind and wonderful.

Great hotel near Termini Railway Station.

The rooms sizes were big and beds were comfortable. The hotel is with three minutes walking distance from Rome termini station, the underground and bus stop. There are many restaurants and souvenir stores around the hotel. The breakfast was good. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice and comfortable stay!

Perfect location while visiting the city. Close to the train station, which we used to visit Vatican City. Walkable to anyone else. Bed was comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet.

We were told to avoid the area around the train station at night. Certainly not the hotels fault, but was a bit startlingly. Overall, we felt safe.

This is an upmarket hotel. Locatio is great. The breakfast was very nice.

Paper cups in the bedroom? There were glass glasses in the bathroom but papercups in the room just let the whole ambience down. You also must read the services via a QR code and then request bathrobes, extra pillows etc. Why not just provide it inthe first place.
